Overview

Founded in 1989, A.R. Gold has grown from a modest jewellery manufacturing unit into one of India’s leading jewellery manufacturers, operating from a 120,000 sq. ft. facility and producing thousands of designs for domestic and international markets. When A.R. Gold brought Tech Solar Solutions in to power its manufacturing facility through solar energy, the operating environment ruled out a standard rooftop design.

The Challenge

01

Our Approach

Our engineering team designed a precision automated cleaning system with a dedicated high-performance water nozzle fitted to every individual module, giving consistent water distribution across the plant and removing the uneven spray patterns that come with conventional sprinkler lines. The full cleaning network runs on high-pressure, UV-stabilised, weather-resistant UPVC piping, chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance under sustained rooftop conditions.
The mounting system is entirely non-penetrative. Every mounting point uses a specialised industrial bonding system built for rooftop applications, backed by a 20-year performance warranty, so the roof’s integrity stays uncompromised for the life of the plant.
For water, the system channels cleaning water through dedicated pipelines rather than letting it flow freely across the roof, allowing A.R. Gold to collect, filter and recycle it as needed.

The Result

Why It Matters

Successful Solar EPC isn’t about installing more panels. It’s about understanding the environment a plant has to operate in and recognising that every industry brings its own set of challenges. A.R. Gold’s facility needed a cleaning system, a mounting approach and a water strategy built specifically around its dust-heavy industrial belt, and that’s the standard Tech Solar Solutions designs to on every complex site.
